Initial Notes about Seminary:

- Conservative seminaries must be one of the few places in the world where there's actually a line outside the men's bathroom.
- I can type in the greek alphabet on my computer (βλεπετε;). But this is rarely helpful.
- "Everday is Greek day."
- Many people dress up to go to class and I don't yet understand it.
- It's 5-cents per page to print in the computer lab; 10-cents in the library. Even if the computer lab is closed, it still costs 10-cents to print in the library. Even if you print 120 pages.
- Staples was selling personal printers for $50 last week.
- Everyone is in love with Dr. Wellum. In Love.
- If you get a bad first impression about someone, the last thing you should do is therefore not talk to them. Often talking with them further, especially if they are a confessing Christian, reveals the fleshly reasons you had for your first impression.
- In seminary you get to walk to class with your wife, eat lunch together, study together... it's much more fun than working in the city.
- Having professors that are both intelligent and godly is a delight.

We're learning each day so more will come later... Thanks for tuning in.

Thank YOOOU, for keeping us up to speed with all the happenings of seminary life. I am glad you are learning Greek, 'cause its all YOU KNOW WHAT to me.

But of course, if I learned Greek, it wouldn't be Greek to me, would it? Now I am beginning to sound like Yogi Bera.
