Since we've been home, Eli has brought joy, laughter, and adventure to our otherwise "simple" lives. Going through multiple diapers in one change and then being pee-ed on, cleaning up projectile vomit all over Eli and our bed, multiple outfits in one day, and waking up throughout the night wondering if these strange sounds coming from his bassinet should be concerning or just part of being an infant. A lot of laundry, folks. A lot. And then there are the sweet smiles and kangaroo cuddles, watching him sleep, watching him do anything. We love this kid.
Below are some candid shots of our little man. Oh and by the way, he gained one pound in one week, weighing in at 7lbs 3oz and still growing.

Really sweet pictures! He looks like a very happy little boy!
We were so busy traveling to Louisvile over the weekend, I haven't taken the time to check out your blog. I do love the pics, but it was great to see Eli and you guys in person.

We've got the chef Eli picture printed in the kitchen now. I imagine the caption as something like, "Enough turmeric, Pierre. The sauce is on point!"
He's precious! I love it when they cuddle up on your chest with their knees all drawn up under them. So sweet! Can't wait to meet him in person!
